Kathryn has just had her first measurements and has dropped 2% body fat in her
first 2 weeks.

Kathryn is a former health club member and a dentist, she has always been fairly motivated,
never having a problem getting to the gym and putting herself through a session.
But, she was looking for something more, a bigger challenge.
For most people just exercising isn’t enough anymore
you have to be making progress every day if you want to
continue to enjoy your weekends without worrying about every
morsel of food and drink you consume.
