My name is mud at The Hut…
I have a lot of frustrated and angry
Tough Lovers and Lovelies at the moment
because I make them attempt things they just can’t do…
and when they complain,
I tell them to get back up and do it again.
(don’t mistake this for giving out a beasting, there is a time and a place for that.
What I’m talking about is movement, skills, repetition and technique.)
Do you think the body is ever going to change
if you keep doing things you already know how to do?
Will it feel the need to rise to the challenge?
You see I’m not here to please them,
I’m here to serve them.
Most bootcamps and personal trainers
will bend over backwards to please their clients
giving them the session they asked for,
chatting about their holidays,
and then looking all sheepish
when the results don’t live up to the promise or the cost.
Do you think we have that problem???
As with any struggles in life,
the sense of achievement is far greater
when you come out the other side as the victor…
At the moment they just need support and accountability,
they will succeed,
because I won’t have it any other way.
If you want this kind of challenge, support and accountability
