Once I asked my rugby coach how he picked his winning team.
He said that he imagined the team was up by one
but defending the 5 meter in the dying minutes of the game.
He would look along the line and visualise
the people who he knew he could rely on
even at that late stage in the game.
When they are sore, tired, battered and bruised
worn out and already have given everything.
Only those that he was sure would tirelessly put in the hits
until the final whistle blows were the people who made the cut…
Led me to thinking how you could take a leaf out of his book.
How you should go about picking your team…
If you’re like most people you will probably
choose a gym, bootcamp or personal trainer
because it is not too far,
or it is one that your friend goes to,
or that is the cheapest,
or worse still because it’s the one you’ve already been too…
BUT my educated and illustrious friend,
most people are overweight and depressed!
So don’t be like them…
The only thing that you should be considering
when choosing your gym, bootcamp or personal trainer is this…
WHAT RESULT WILL YOU GET IN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR MONEY?

1. The January Jump Start
This is an attractive option because of the low level commitment (3 weeks)
and is aimed at a slightly more beginner level.
I have a lot of people on my email list who
for one reason or another have wanted to start working with me
but until now have held back (much like yourself).
The January Jump Start is aimed at giving you the chance
to get through the door (as that is often the hardest part)
You will be given an easy to follow detox protocol and
taken through 3 sessions per week.
There are 3 available times:
Monday & Wednesday 6.30am & Saturday 8am
Monday & Wednesday 9.30am & Saturday 8am
Monday & Wednesday 8.30pm & Saturday 8am
Total Cost – £97 (this goes up on Boxing day and then again on New Years day)

2. The Tough Love & Tough Lovelies Project
This is the Gold Standard package with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.
(However, nobody leaves after the 12 weeks simply because of how much
benefit they get as a result of being part of the project.)
You will be granted access to the Inner Circle.
The hub from which I monitor and adjust your diet regularly
to make sure that you are able to learn it, stick to it and most importantly
get consistently better results from it.
(This facility is worth signing up for on its own.)
You will have your measurements and body stats taken every 2 weeks.
This will keep you accountable and also so we can ensure continual progression.
There are 5 weight training sessions per week,
based around accumulation and intensification
which basically means to get you stronger
so that you can get more out of your workouts.
There are 2 available times:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 6am
& Saturday 8am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ 6.30pm
& Saturday 8am
