I tell you now there is very little thought going on about what it is you actually need and how they can best serve you.
It’s more about how much moola can be made whilst you are at your weakest!
How do I know this?
Cos it’s exactly the ploy and approach I used to take before I realised how much easier it is to simply get people amazing results and not rely on gimmicks and seasonal offers.
Yup Sweet cheeks! We run a hard line on the Tough Love & Tough Lovelies Projects.
Christmas is a 3 day holiday in December and maybe a party on top which should be enjoyed to the max but as for the rest of the time, it’s business as usual!
Yup, the guys & gals will be training right through Christmas!
Christmas is not a reason to try every single take away in the phone book
Christmas is not a 2 month sabbatical from the gym
Christmas shopping does not need to be done with a Greggs dummy (that’s a sausage roll for the southerners…)
January is not magic!
Chances are you probably won’t ‘get back into it’ let’s face it when was the last time you stuck to a new year resolution…
It is Xmas and truth is I love to party like a rock star and eat like Adam Richman!
So this is how I limit the damage…
I hit the weights hard 4 times per week!
If getting mortaz is the aim of the night then breakfast and lunch are high in protein and fat, then I hit the weights before hand & let rip on the night!
Sounds obvious but I will also schedule in some light cardio for the morning after to ‘clear the cobwebs’. You know that’s a no brainer cos you’ve definitely heard yourself say the infamous words,
‘surprisingly no hangover after that session!’
If you are having more cheat meals than normal then stop ramming it down your neck for 16-24 hours to give your guts a chance to rest and digest, keep the calories manageable & keep your hormones regulated.
Nb. If you are NOT lifting weights on a regular basis then fasting is a big no no!
