It’s a question we get quite often as work canteens tend to be poorly equipped.
The worst thing you can do is leave lunch to chance
the combination of falling blood sugars and work stress
make pasties and cold pizza seem very appealing!
Moment on the lips and you’re a fat bloater…
(the saying goes something like that doesn’t it?)
So thought i’d throw y’all out a couple of ideas that are both cost effective and Tough Love friendly
cos I’m a gent like that…
First rule is don’t make it over complicated or hard to prepare!
Luncheon numero uno is quite simply last nights left overs!
Super tasty, super quick and if you intentionally make extra the night before will save you prep time for lunch!
My favourite left over is poached salmon and broccoli (usually coated in butter or coconut oil)
Lemon wedges are a great way to spruce up left overs giving them new life and adding Vitamin C to the mix!
Not to overload you with ideas so you try none I will give you one more.
It’s the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Lunch!
Quite simply do an extra roast on a Sunday!
Slice it and leave in fridge (use freezer if planning on keeping longer than 3/4days)
Alternate between veg, salad and spicy stir-fry to keep boredom at bay.
There you have it you will a small fortune preparing your food like this
and drop anything between 8 and 10lbs this month from this change alone!!

PS. Have you tried a Greens Drink yet?
A good friend of mine had the super sense to make a greens drink that
not only was packed with goodness but it tastes great too!!
