Was just thinking about the strange things we do at this time of year.
Like buying each other chocolates and alcohol as presents knowing that most people are looking to lose weight in January.
Just before going back to work and starting ‘the regime” we make sure the fridges and cupboards are empty of all the fatty foods BUT do we throw it away?
Heck no far to tight for that honcho,
So we scoff the lot!
This is the worst one..
We spend literally hundreds to thousands of pounds on food, travel, decorations and presents to spend the holidays with loved ones only to be glued to a shiny square light box in our hands and rather than enjoying the moments that make us who we are!
For some strange reason we feel the need to make sure that our social media ‘friends’ know that we are having an awesome time…
We all do it!
We just need reminding of what we are missing when we do.
So how does this relate to health and fitness?
