Not being bothered about what other people think is such an easy thing to say when we aren’t happy…
But, the truth is we just aren’t wired like that at all!
We ALL care what other people think, it’s neurological shizzle.
If we didn’t truly care then we would never worry about being over weight, the clothes we wear, Facebook posts, cars we drive.
All these things would be based on practicality and not on marketability or style.
Almost everything we do is predicated on what other people will think, so throwing out a comment like ‘I don’t care’ just simply isn’t true!
Another Tough Loveism for ya is it’s far easier to just lie and say we don’t care than do the hard yards.
It’s easier to sit at home, stay at work later than necessary or blame the family for making you too busy, than it is to burn of some of those excess calories you consumed with your lunchtime sarnie, pop and crisps combo.
Anyone who ever lost weight knows that it came with sacrifice…
And, depending on how close you left it to your holiday, depended on how great the sacrifice!
But it could be easier than you make it for yourself…
1. Eat more protein
2. Lift weights
4. Drink more water than you’re used too…
Doesn’t sound too bad does it?
It really can be that simple…
What makes it even easier is following a proven system that allows you some freedom!
Doing it in a group of like minded people to push and motivate you!
