For a lot of us the winter is a chance to get the fat pants out.
The winter clothes are a lot tighter than they were last year
getting your socks on is a bit more of a struggle than it should be!
I know I’ve been there before.
I remember the days when ‘Fat Paul’ had to take a few swipes at his socks to get them on
at his worst he would lie on the bed and roll on his side just to reach!!
***STOP RIGHT THERE***
Why put of till tomorrow that which can be done today?
It doesn’t have to be like this again!
I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again my friend,
If you keep doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result then you are C-R-A-Z-Y!
How about changing your plan of attack this time?
Keep it simple!
Every time we fail at anything the task becomes harder to perform.
So today, all I want you to do is get outside and have a 30 minute walk!
In fact go do it NOW!
