Let’s do a bit of “Q&A” action today.
Question: Paul, I notice your guys train for four days
consecutively then have three days off, why is this?
Paul: Yes it’s true.
We ONLY train the first 4 days of the week.
Remember: For results and success, consistency is key!
So, my system was designed around habits and psychology
and it has been the most sustainable and effective plan EVER.
It is is orchestrated to fit the natural flux of our week.
Setting up great routine and eating habits
as well as hitting the gym is infinitely easier
as part of the working week.
And of course leaves the weekend clear for quality time
with the family, and a few beers and bbq’s with the lads.
Train hard, Play Hard…
Question: Paul I heard you do Personal Training. How much is this and how does it work?
Paul: Afraid not.
I simply don’t have the available time to work with clients 1-2-1 anymore.
The Tough Love Project is the only way you can work with me at the moment.

Question: Paul it seems like you are deliberately trying to put people off
with some of your emails. I usually agree with most of what you say
but is this not hurting your business?
Paul: The force is strong with this one.
Yes, I do ‘deliberately’ try to put people off.
In pushing away people who don’t get ‘it’ – I’m protecting my team.
The guys on The Tough Love Project are busy guys who don’t need more stress.
We are the cure and not the problem, so who we let in the doors is pretty tight.
Me personally, I don’t have any tolerance for dicks, and if you don’t like something
I say or do in these emails then you’re going to hate me in real life.
So let’s just say I’m doing us both a favour saving you money and me time.
