Almost daily I’m met with the question,
“Why is it that no matter what I seem to do I just can’t shift any weight…”
It’s a powerful question.
Those little numbers that go before ‘kg’

Let me lay out what it is that YOU KNOW –
1. Drink 2-3 litres of Water – every diet you ever tried has said this
so just drink your water!
2. Eat 3-4 meals a day – a meal is Protein, a fat, some veg
and if you’re doing something physically demanding
you might wanna put some carbs in. \
Nb. Try to think of food intake in terms of whole week and not just 24 hours.
3. Exercise – lift weights, heavy and often!
4. Recover – fat loss happens when you recover not during the session
try to think of your recovery in the same way as nutrition over a whole week
rather than 24 hours, sleep, meditate, yoga are all good recovery.
